"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement avec une très belle vue qui fait oublier les 3 étages sans ascenseur ;-) L’appartement est fonctionnel, avec lit parapluie pour bébé et poussette disponibles. Il manquerait juste quelques condiments de base en cuisine (sel, poivre, etc.). Sinon rien à redire on y reviendra avec plaisir."

L'accueil fut parfait, l'appartement excellent, juste à noter l'absence de sèche cheveux qui manqua cruellement aux dames...

"Superbe appartement, idéalement placé, tout peut être fait à pieds (ou possibilité de prendre le tram qui passe devant l'appart), vue superbe sur les toits et église St Louis, hyper calme (opposé au quai), déco soignée avec de très nombreux rangements, penderies et cintres dans les chambres et coin bureau. Agréable de ne pas avoir à farfouiller dans ses valises quand tout ne rentre pas dans les rangements/armoires. Vaisselle et couverts en quantité "comme à la maison" et pas strictement pour la capacité d'accueil comme trop souvent dans les locations. Du coup pas besoin d'avoir à lancer le lave-vaisselle à moitié plein parce qu'il va manquer assiette, bol ou encore couvert au prochain repas.
L'emplacement dans garage privé à 2 pas sur ruelle adjacente : tip-top pour rayonner sans avoir à se soucier du stationnement, rare et payant tout autour. Pas eu de soucis pour y loger un break BMW série 3 (4,70 m). [...]"

"Nous avons séjourné un mois dans ce somptueux appartement, idéalement situé dans le quartier des Chartrons.
La vue sur les toits (sans vis à vis!) était sublime.
L'inconvénient comme le notaient certains, c'est la chaleur assez lourde en plein été et l'impossibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres à cause des moustiques ; mais nous avions notre ventilateur pour nous aider!
Autre détail à noter, l'agence n'avait pas pensé à nous fournir du savon à notre arrivée (pas de produit vaisselle ou d'éponge non plus) ce qui est assez dommage surtout en cette période..
Mais encore une fois, l'appartement était à la hauteur des photos publiées, notre mois de télétravail (la fibre fonctionne très bien!) à Bordeaux s'est donc déroulé dans de très bonnes conditions."

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau unter dem Dach ohne Klimaanlage, mit zwei mobilen Ventilatoren und vielen Fenstern kann man jedoch gut durchlüften. Die zentrale Lage am Fluss in einem lebendigen Viertel nahe der Altstadt, der Balkon mit der wunderbaren Aussicht, die gemütliche Wohung und die erstaunliche Ruhe, der Autostellplatz und die Möglichkeit, die Fahrräder sicher abzustellen waren super. Die Kommunikation ist sehr schnell und unkomlpiziert, einfacher Check-In."
"Summary: Comfortable apartment, great location and view, excellent support from the hosts The Chartrons district is vibrant and full of restaurants and shops—a great place to stay in Bordeaux. This apartment, just across the street from the Garonne, is on two tram lines (B and C) which are perfect for getting to the city center (of course you can also walk the pleasant riverside promenade). Within a few minutes’ walk is a Carrefour City for groceries and several boulangeries/patisseries. For restaurants, try Papa Lello for Sicilian-style pizza next door, and don’t miss wonderful Bocca a Bocca restaurant on Rue Notre Dame (we went twice in five days). You may want to skip Chez Dupont—for us it was disappointing. L’Entrecote and Peppino’s are chains. As is made clear in the description, this is a third floor walkup. We happened to visit during a heat wave, and I was worried that the unit might turn into an oven. But as long as we kept the curtains drawn in the afternoon (western exposure—great sunsets!), we managed just fine. It would have been a different story though, without the tremendous support from Arnaud and Alex, (and the fans they provided). They work for a company that manages over 100 units, yet provided surprisingly personal service, answering all our questions promptly. (Be sure to ask about the “secret” cutlery drawer on check-in.) They also delivered, tout de suite, a few basic food items missing from the kitchen when we arrived (olive oil, dish soap and a couple other things). I have never seen such great support from a management company before. My only caution regards the parking space. It is not actually on-site, it’s in a garage around the corner. Like many garages in old buildings, the space is very tight. We had a Peugeot 508, and just barely squeaked in and out. If you have anything larger than that, I suggest using pay parking nearby. That said, next time in Bordeaux we would not hesitate to book this property."

« Lovely and well designed flat and really great location. Very quiet with a super view across the rooftops and an excellent pizza restaurant below! Only the personal touches could be improved... - the one soap dispenser was empty. And we arrived late... for breakfast the next morning it would have really been appreciated if there was a couple of coffee capsules for the machine. The management company is efficient and friendly. I would stay again. »

"Perfect apartment for a family of 4 or two couples. We had everything we needed and the view from the small balcony was great. We couldn’t figure out how to use the TV but this wasn’t a big problem, we had plenty to do so we didn’t miss it! Excellent location, we’ll be back!"

"The location right across from the river is wonderful and an easy walk to much of what is in old town Bordeaux. It’s s very clean and well appointed flat with free parking around the corner in a private garage. Ideal in many ways. You have to meet an agent to get in and out which is only a little inconvenient. We’d stay there again ! "

« Kareen is a very accommodating hostess. The location is superb. I walked out Sunday morning looking for some breakfast to find a huge market with fresh food on the riverside. We were easy walking distance to the tours we did. I highly recommend the airbnb walking experience history and bakery walking tour with Nakish too. »

Très bel appartement bien situé dans le quartier très agréable des Chartrons pour de belles vacances en famille. Seul point négatif, pas de climatisation en période estivale.
