Choosing Bordeaux Autrement, you are choosing to stay in Bordeaux for less.

Bordeaux Autrement offers rates for high* and low* season. Our prices are clear, respectful of our customers and consistent with the quality of our apartments.

But we go further to satisfy our customers. With Bordeaux Autrement, the earlier you reserve, the less you pay.

• 3% discount if you reserve 90 days before your arrival date.
• 2% discount if you reserve 60 days before your arrival date.
• 1% discount if you reserve 30 days before your arrival date.
   

Short term rental :

A short term rental is from 2 to 90 nights (three months). The total cost of your stay is calculated on the basis of the per night rate multiplied by the number of nights reserved.

Not included in the per night rate :

• Any of the optional Bordeaux Autrement’s Extra Services
• Contractual supplements (see general rental terms) late arrival day, day use etc.
• Reservation fee : 30€ per reservation, VAT included

Our listed prices include all the tax and utility costs related to the apartment :

• Taxes related to the apartment
• Agency commissions
• Water Gas Electricity
• Household linens
• Subscriptions to Internet and cable television
• Telephone assistance during your stay
• Cleaning of the apartment prior to your arrival

Prices are per night and per apartment regardless of the number of occupants.
For example an apartment for four people, same price whether there are two or four occupants.

*Low season : From the beginning of November to mid December & the beginning of January to the end of March. 
*High season : From the beginning of April to the end of October & from mid December to the beginning of January.
 

Medium and long term rental :

Medium and long term rentals are those exceeding three months.

Included :

• Apartment rental
• Subscriptions to television and internet service
• Our assistance for all your concerns during the length of your stay
• Supply of all necessary household linens

Not included :

• Utilities (water - gas – electricity – telephone)
• Bordeaux Autrement commissions
• Weekly cleaning service, optional service from 40€ / hour, VAT included
• Additional pack of household linens, upon request (price depending on the size of the apartment)
   

Commission of our Agency :

Our agency commission is calculated as follows and is already included in the price of the stay :

• Seasonal rentals from 1 to 3 months inclusive = 27% of the total amount of the nights (all taxes inclusive)
• Furnished rental from 3 months and one day to 12 months inclusive = from 300 to 1000 euros per month (all taxes inclusive)
  
  Please note that our agency's commission is included in the daily or monthly rates paid by tenants.
