Long-term rental

Our apartments are all expenses inclusive and really easy to book... We'll be delighted to hear from you! Please provide your dates, number of bedrooms and any other information you may consider important so we can help you find the right apartment. 

Our agency commission is calculated as follows and is already included in the price of the stay :

  • Seasonal rentals from 1 to 3 months inclusive = 27% of the total amount of the nights (all taxes inclusive)
  • Furnished rental from 3 months and one day to 12 months inclusive = from 300 to 1000 euros per month (all taxes inclusive)

    Please note that our agency's commission is included in the daily or monthly rates paid by tenants.
