Linen is provided (bed linen, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on arrival
Extra fees :
Late arrivals, supplements apply:
30€ between 8pm and 10pm,
50€ between 10pm and 11pm,
80€ after 11pm.
Check-out/check-in: until 11am maximum.
Depending on the agreed time, we'll meet you at the apartment to collect the keys.
Sundays and public holidays:
If you plan to arrive or depart on a Sunday or a French calendar holiday, a surcharge of €30 applies, to be paid on arrival.
Cleaning:
The price for cleaning in the advertisement corresponds to a stay of less than two weeks.
If your stay is longer than two weeks, the price of cleaning will be doubled. You will be asked to pay the balance.
Example: in a case where the initial cleaning is 60€, for more than two weeks, it will be 120€.

"We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is wonderful. It's not in the downtown area, but rather in a much more peaceful neighborhood north west of downtown. Of course, Bordeaux is a small city, and we frequently walked to downtown from the apartment. Maybe a 25 minute walk. Also, it is next to the biggest park in Bordeaux, and a short walk to the Tram Line D. Inside, the apartment is intelligently laid out, making great use of all the available space. The kitchen is very well equipped - we were here for 3 months, and cooked every day. Kareen is a great host, and responded quickly to our questions, or any issues that came up during our long stay. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anybody with kids who wants to enjoy a local lifestyle while visiting Bordeaux."
