Presentation
Bordeaux Autrement presents one of its customers' favourites, the Deux Fontaines flat.
With its very attractive living room and 3 bedrooms, this property was renovated in 2024 and is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful Bordeaux stone building, without a lift.
You'll love the modern features, the brightness and the peace and quiet, but also the charm of the old: original parquet flooring, exposed stonework, a beautiful fireplace, high ceilings, mouldings and stained glass windows.
This vast T4 apartment is located in the historic centre, in an exceptional location at the foot of the famous Place du Parlement and just a stone's throw from the quays of the Garonne. Easy access to transport: a tram stop (lines C and D) is 300 metres from the flat.

A little bit of History :
The Place Royale had not yet been completed when Intendant Tourny had the Rue Royale, symmetrical to the Rue Saint-Rémi, opened up to join the Rue Sainte-Catherine.
However, before reaching the rue du Parlement, the road came up against a block of houses that, cut diagonally, had no reason to exist. Tourny promptly decided to demolish it and create this vast space, which he himself opened up.
