Presentation
In the highly sought-after Chartrons district of Bordeaux, just a few metres from Place des Halles yet in a quiet location, discover this magnificent 75m² furnished rental flat, located on the 1st floor of a small stone building (no lift). You'll love its cosy atmosphere! Wood, rattan, linen and green plants combine to create a very natural atmosphere, a real oasis in the heart of Chartrons.
Fully furnished and tastefully renovated by the end of 2022, this T3 includes a lovely 15m² terrace. All these features make it a real gem. You'll enjoy relaxing in the peace and quiet of the garden lounge, surrounded by plants and bathed in soft light.
There's also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room for friends who are passing through.
You'll be staying just a stone's throw from Rue Notre Dame, "the soul of Chartrons", which still smells of the world of wine, antique dealers and second-hand goods dealers, and which today blends with local shops, restaurants, museums, galleries and trendy boutiques; close to the famous Place des Quinconces (the largest square in Europe), 2 tramway lines (5 minutes' walk) and very close to the quays of the Garonne.
And nature is not far away: the Jardin Public, Bordeaux's green lung, opens its doors to you just a few steps away, offering you a haven of calm as you stroll along its paths, visit the Museum of Natural History or stroll along the elegant, old houses.

A little history :
Around 1843, part of rue Sainte-Thérèse was named after Abbé Sicard (1742-1822).
He was the first director, in a house on rue Capdeville, of the school created by Abbé de l'Epée for the deaf and dumb. A member of the Académie de Bordeaux and the museum, he was an enlightened man.
