"A lovely apartment, full of light and very central. Washing machine was nice to have and the kitchen is lovely. Bedrooms both a good size and the balcony area was most welcome in the warm weather. However, it gets very noisy at night so take ear plugs unless you want to seal yourself in."

"Kareen and Alex were great to work with. We were running a little late and Alex was very accommodating with our schedule. He arrived precisely on-time for check out. The whole process was very smooth. The apartment’s location was perfect. Easy walk to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and old town Bordeaux. The apartment itself was spacious and very clean. The balcony was our favorite part! Great to sit at the table, have some wine, and enjoy the busy pedestrian street below. At night, however, the city street is what you’d expect in a big city. There was quite a few people asking for spare change and sleeping on the streets outside the stores. We were never bothered by it or by anyone in particular but it is part of the atmosphere. We’d absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Bordeaux."

"I had forgotten how good it feels when an actual person lets you in to your apartment. Beautiful apartment and centrally located. I’m daft the place was so nice it was difficult to get out! Only thing to remember are the stairs (1st floor, walk up) and it’s on a very busy walking shopping street. People are out all night in Bordeaux but the sounds didn’t bother us. Recommend it to families or two couples any time."

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und vor allem der Balkon ist sehr einladend, um das Treiben der Stadt zu beobachten. Es kann morgens laut sein, da die Läden beliefert werden. Mit geschlossenem Fenster aber in Ordnung. Die Agency ist sehr flexibel, antwortet rasch und gibt gerne Empfehlungen für die Stadt. Leider war das Bad nicht zu 100% sauber. Trotzdem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville à pied. Il est très bien agencé et très agréable à vivre.
La communication avec le propriétaire se passe très bien et il est très confortable de pouvoir arriver tard. Appartement fortement recommandé pour la découverte de cette très belle ville.
